Hi we reported this problem 2 weeks ago and you kindly got back to say it would be resolved . Yet again the men have just left the bins anywhere and not as they found them. We have a high proportion of frail and elderly tenants here who do not have the strength to put the bins back in place. I don’t know why all of a sudden it has become an issue. Tenants are always so grateful to the bin men and every year we give them all a gift for Christmas to say thank you . I don’t know if it’s a new squad but we’re not impressed.
