Tree is damaged problem
FixMyStreet ref: 5910832.
There are nut trees that are growing over the customers boundary and some nuts have fell into the garden and have poisoned there dog. Customer believed we are responsible for these trees and we need to cut them back. I have provided customer with advise regarding trees and their right to cut them back but they refuse to accept this as there issue and would like to speak to someone regarding these trees.

Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
•Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
•Exposed cables
•Multiple street lighting faults
•Flooded roads

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
