Broken gate latch, horse rider height latch

Just noticed this (within 3-4 days) part has snapped of the hooped section that returns to the opposite side of the gate. The whole part Will need to be replaced, but someone has left the broken section beside the gate. The cattle grid photo gives location of the gate. Seams a tad unfortunate as the gate had only just been fixed previously.

    Needs handle to be replaced, the latch to be re attached.
