Over flowing gullies

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5908178.

The gully at the top of the hill is constantly overflowing causing excessive water running down the hill, it misses the other gullies at the bottom of the hill
