I suggest that about 10m length x the westbound lane width of the carriageway needs re-surfacing, not just individual hole repairs. At least one hole is in a previous patch.

For information, the order for this repair remains outstanding within our contractor's planned schedule of work. Further arrangements are currently being undertaken to provide traffic management and/or the necessary specialist equipment in order to undertake these works.
