Hart Hill Path a complete mess, dumped rubbish

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5905003.

From Hartley Road up to Crescent Rise is a complete dumping ground, never cleared. It’s pretty grim.

  • The path has not been touched, never tidied. From Pomfret Avenue down to Hartley Road, just piles of rubbish. Why is it always ignored ? Can we have some assistance please ?
