Thank you for your reply. Sadly as a Oxfordshire citizen I cannot accept your shoulder sloping response, particularly on such a safety to public matter. I do not know who the land owner is, moreover any access to land registry documents I would imagine easily available to OCC. To ask a member of public to do your job is unacceptable. I would be grateful if you contact whoever you think needs to action the problem before someone gets hurt.
