Driveway ramp impinging on footway outside 8 Vicarage Lane, Poynton

The driveway at 8 Vicarage Lane has just been resurfaced. However because they did it too high they have created a large ramp that extends into the path. This is a trip hazard as I have tripped over it when running in the dark as it is 50mm high, and I can't push my 91 year old mother in her wheelchair along there as the ramp is causing an obstruction. Did they have planning permission approval for this? If not it requires removing
