Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5903154.

This part of Park Road is always covered in glass both sides thanks the bins being emptied every Friday. Dogs and children are often around. This is ridiculous. Please clean up the glass. It's a hazard.
