Phasing of lights
Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5896797.
The phasing of these lights seems to have been reduced in recent months. Now only about four cars get through to turn right. This leaves cars backing up right through the retail car park. It can take 10 minutes just to get to the lights from the car park. It also means more cars going through on red.
