A horse is regularly ridden on the pavements around Barton Hills. The horse fouls the pavement and the rider never returns to clear it up. This fouling has been present since 21.04.24.

This person also rides the horse across the park. He doesnt stick to the bridleway but goes right across on the grass from one side to another.
