A bin van nearly drove into me

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5896521.

At 7am today a bin van speeding down croescardaren road nearly crashed into me on Pentwyn road roundabout. I sped up so he would miss me as he didn’t stop then he went into the inside lane at speed squashing me to kerb before he turned into wyncliffe gardens. I have reported his reg to police
