  • Good afternoon.

The hedge has again increased in size. Now almost impossible to walk on pathway with pushchairs. The house is owned but unoccupied. I’ve spoken to the neighbours who live next door who have informed me of this. So any contact from yourselves may not be received by the owner.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further letter has been sent to the owner\occupier to cut back the vegetation and a follow up inspection will be performed after 14 days and then further enforcement if the vegetation is not cut back and followed up until the issue is resolved.
