Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5891652.

The slipway ponds is becoming stagnant and green with algae. The waterfall pump needs turning on. Problem was reported on the 01st of April ref number NEI602040761. This needs addressing asap as to not become putrid during warmer weather.
