Slow sign not working

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5890638.

Sign has not been working for about 18 months, reported numerous times with 7 dates now been given for fixing. The last date being 23rd April .Sign has not been fixed again.
