Huge pot holes

The full length of this road is akin to a 3rd world country. This is a huge industrial area and has been left to deteriorate over the years. it is impossible to turn into Unicorn Trading Park if other vehicles are coming the other way as the size of the pot hole immediately outside the entrance means you have to swing that far out. its also dangerous as vehicles swerve around the pot holes and cross into the other lane .
