  • Once again we get the stock response: “ This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation” … which presumably means this matter has been officially ‘triaged’ and as a result your statistics for dealing with issues look fine when in reality you do absolutely nothing. Remind me again, why are we paying our council taxes (and thus your salaries)?

  • Wow! Finally someone has looked at this. I’ve reported this three times. The time before last it ran out of time and I got message saying something like “if this is still a problem, please file a new report”. I did - that was last April. The council have finally replied! Let’s see if they actually do anything about it this time or, as they have done before, say it’s all too difficult to fix because of the parked cars! It’s not as difficult as sorting out the issues caused when your house floods!!!!
