Footpath blocked by flooding

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5883315.
When it rains the footpath on Riverford Road near to Morrison's becomes flooded. This forces pedestrians on to the road and at risk of being struck by a vehicle.

After 6 months not a single thing has been done, now with winter being here I guess we can expect pedestrians to have to put them at risk by walking in the road.
If anyone is hit, GCC should be held liable.
