  • The whole street needs looking at because, additional to this drain outside number 50, there are another 13 blocked drains along this road, outside numbers 51, 65, 68, 73, 84, 139, 167, 174, 181, 201, 304, and 307. There are also two drain grilles which are partially blocked outside number 208, and opposite number 304. Someone, whether that's Bromley Council, or Thames Water, isn't fulfilling their maintenance obligations.

  • The contractors were able to clear the gully but some compacted debris needs to be cleared from it - this will have to be done manually and in bulk orders, therefore, the asset will be added to a Further Works programme and will be attended in due course.

This report will now be closed.
