No cycle lane on bridge

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5879912.

No cycle lane on bridge. Yet 3 lanes for traffic with engines. Nearly every other major bridge in the UK has cycling facilities. But not in runcorn. Looks pretty bad. Maybe build a cycle lane?
