Pedestrian lights does not sound when it is safe to cross

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5876970.

The pedestrian lights on route to Ynys Recreation Ground and Education Facility, do not make the recognised bleeping sound when it is safe to cross, making it an unsafe place to cross, especially for the deaf and hard of hearing.
