Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5875934.

Parking on double yellow lines near a junction. Almost daily 2 or 3 cars park on double yellow lines, near the end of Oxford Road Runcorn. 3 times in 2 weeks I've nearly been hit by a car here. It's rediculous, and has to stop. This is at the junction of Oxford and Greenway Road in Runcorn.
