Pond pump not working again

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5874583.

The pond is green again as the pump has again been turned off or stopped working. Residents keep cleaning it out and getting it looking nice and then it's getting green and smells due to the pump not working.
