Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5872866.

There appears to be humans living in what can only be described as a breeze block shed at the bottom of this garden.

Theres a door onto West Hill Road.

It's a cobbled together shed lime structure with a window shoved In.

Not fit for anyone to live in.
