Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5871480.

Blue car keeps moving around roads no tax or mot. Few along that road Reg number KU06 OPD. I don't know if dumped or belongs to someone. Was down shortgate Road other day .
