The new lights at the junction of headland park road/Torquay Road

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5867342.

The timing is well off - it gives too long for oncoming traffic from Headland Park Road- its causing tailbacks along Torquay Road back towards preston all the time even off peak, the old timing worked ok unless it was peak season which is understandable - I now get stuck in this everyday along with everyone else!
