Parking on the pavement. Blocking pedestrians who will need to walk in the road to pass. There is plenty of parking space within 10 mts

The car has not only parked on part of the pavement, it is parked fully on the pavement. It blocks the path, which means anyone walking past will need to walk in the road. Ironically there are parking spaces only 5 mts away.
