Large pizza sized pothole about 3 inches deep, on north bound side of the road near the road bridge

Updates

Large/deep side by side potholes on A5121 Derby Road A38 northbound flyover. These holes have existed for many months, have now worsened to the point of being unavoidable & will soon become one large road-width crater. Urgent attention required to prevent accidents and vehicle damage!!
