Broken Litter Bin

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5865158.

Litter Bin on the corner of Russell Town Avenue (between Zebra crossing and entrance to the Railway Path) is broken and needs replacing, ideally by a much larger bin.

The issue has been reported repeatedly, including: Please see previous reports 4285740 (6 March 2023), 4630524 (4 June 2023), 4802648 (19 July 2023), 4944197 (31 August 2023), 5300466 (9 December 2023), 5328587 (16 December 2023), 5527353 (3 February 2024) - but the reports are being ignored and then closed without any action being taken.

Can the bin now be replaced? If not, why?
