General road marking and stud issues problem

Reported via Open311 in the General road marking and stud issues category by Gloucestershire County Council at 11:04, Wednesday 17 April 2024

FixMyStreet ref: 5864559.

email rcvd 09.04.24 - Good afternoon,

I am writing to you on behalf of Siobhan Baillie MP in relation to some concerns raised by a constituent relating to the painting of double yellow lines on Lister Road in Dursley. We have been advised by Dursley Town Council that this is a matter for Highways Gloucester/

The constituent in question raised concerns that the painting of double yellow lines and the introduction of the restrictions has caused significant problems for local residents in being able to park their cars in the local area.

I wondered if you might be able to give some further information relating to the consultation (if any) was held in relation to the decision to place the double yellow lines on Lister Road, and if you could share any other relevant information.

Thank you for your consideration of the above request and we look forward to hearing from you.

With kind regards,
