Black mercedes benz reg no: kt17 odb illegally parked on wide yellow line in devon road with crawley green road junction. this car has been in same spot since 10.00hrs monday 15th april 2024 and is causing traffic hold ups due to a selfish driver with no thoughts for other road users your assistance is requested please.
