I watched this car being removed from a break down vehicle yesterday . Car was pushed into position outside my house - obviously car is not starting. Two men then removed some bags from the boot and were clearly waiting to be be picked up by someone. They are not residents in our street - never seen them before. This car is clearly being abandoned.
