Good Morning. There is a problem with a large old, Horse Chestnut tree at this location. The roots are causing significant damage to the top of the communal driveway that provides access to the rear of properties on the west side of Westway and the East side of 52 - 68 Wallingford Road. It has also been suggested that the tree may be diseased. The tree is sited on the south verge of Springhill Road at the rear of 20 Westway, Rg8. These issues have been present for many years but the condition of the top of the communal drive and the private driveway of 68 Wallingford road is getting worse. A site visit / assessment and contact with those affected would be very much appreciated please.
