PRight, I would like answers. I am serious. In no fewer than 350 words I would like to know what you are going to do about the numerous over flowing bins in my community. I mean long term, not just some piddly little referral for some lacklustre clean-up with no long term plan as to why you are constantly failing. It's unbelievable, but now you must explain yourselves.
