Illegally parked van causing traffic issues.

This van is continally parking at the end of Trewsbury Road. It is wide and is causing issues with traffic. Pedestrians cant see traffic comingout of Trewsbury and this is causing a danger. Aslo it is parked with wheels up on kerb. Finally it ios sometimes parked in the disabled bay or partially in.

    How can this be closed - van still parked and causing an obstruction - parked on kerb and a danger to pedestrians, cyclists and other road users.
