This was first reported on 15th January 2015 and it has been acknowledged as such. The Lib-Dem run Stockport MBC states on their website, and I quote, verbatim "take a zero tolerance approach to those people who choose to fly tip their rubbish" http://www.stockport.gov.uk/ services/ environment/ cleanstreets/ flytipping . That is clearly a lie as it is now 27 days since they have known about it. Also, they might want to deal with the rampant illegal pavement parking in that area too.
