Traffic Island Damage

Reported via mobile in the Bollard Not Working/Damaged category anonymously at 19:36, Monday 15 April 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5857174.

The traffic Island at this junction (Shortlands Rd & Hayes Lane) has been badly damaged and the bollard is now badly leaning. Looks like someone has hit it with their vehicle. I think these concrete Islands should have luminous yellow paint or reflectors around the base. This section of Hayes Lane could use a speed camera also I think as incidents keep occurring at this junction.
