  • The dead tree has been removed but the location has been left as an unsightly mess with weeds spreading across the path and into the roaf with no new tree planted.

Please could you tidy the area and plant a new tree. Given this issue has been open for nearly 6 months, a fast resolution would be appreciated.

  • Please accept our apologies for the delays. Tree works are prioritised according to the risks posed and dead and dangerous trees will always take priority over tree stumps. It is not to say they are less important, they are just prioritised differently. The contractor is in hand to visit site to grind out the stump. A replacement tree is on planting schedule 2024/24 and in hand to be planted next planting season starting in November running through to March 2025, with notes that the stump requires removal for the replacement to be planted.
