This blocked gully (drain) constantly floods when it rains which makes the pavement impassable for pedestrians walking by as they get soaked by the cars driving by. The cars that drive by cause a splash in the directions of the pavement.
This pavement is a key walking route to access the nearby bus stop and Waun-gron train station.
