Traffic Lights our of Sync

The traffic lights at the Elmbridge Court roundabout coming from Barnwood direction and are out of sync and only allowing a few cars through at a time. This is causing long delays and a build up a traffic. This has been report numerous times over the last week and has not yet been resolved. Please could this be looked at as soon as possible to fix this issue. Thank you.
