Cars parked on pavement on double yellow lines near traffic lights, car parked across pavement, obstruction screwed to pavement. Wheelchairs have to use road to access pavement beyond all cars.

This is an ongoing problem that has been reported to Luton Borough Council’s highways department but nothing changes. I often have to stand in the road and stop traffic to allow safe passage for my husband and cater.
