Poison hemlock plants growing over pavements

Annual poison hemlock bushes are rapidly regrowing to overhang pavement on fenceline, approach to jnct rose green and crofts end roads, and opposite where rose green becomes deep pit rd. These are a hazard to passers by, esp children and dogs.
