Parking concern

The location of the car park is behind 35 queens road Carterton and in front of the flats. The issue is parking. There is enough space for the residents however the cars are not parked properly and considerately. I believe that having parking spaces marked on the Tarmac would help the situation. As sometimes one can can be using three spaces. The biggest issue I can see is damage to people's cars as you can be forced to squeeze into a space or not being able to turn around if people park everywhere. It can be dangerous if you cannot turn around you are reliant on reversing back onto queens road, which isn't safe. The issue has been present for several months now and it's becoming unbearable. In this photo it doesn't looked too bad, but two more cars are normally in the car park as well, making it very hard to fit in.
