I think this manhole is owned by Southern Water. Please pass this on. The tarmac has failed and the cover is loose. I reported this two years ago. This is another shoddy repair. Please ask that a decent repair is carried out. The repeated work is pointless costs.

Utter rubbish! I drive over or round this manhole everyday and it is not fixed. This is just a stupid lie.
