Raised manhole covers

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 584613.

Two manhole covers are too high and feel like traffic cushions for which there is no warning. A level of brickwork needs to be removed. Outside number 14 in middle of road.
