Please look at the submitted photograph. The physically available width between the tree and the eastern embankment, shown, is just FOUR FEET. The legal width of the carriageway cannot be this narrow! The tree must be growing out of the carriageway, which constitutes disrepair. Norfolk County Council, it appears that you are maintaining this route as though it were a footpath, rather than a carriageway.
