Flooding

Drains keeps blocking up when rain is really bad. Due to this it causes a large flood which goes right across the road, and then comes into mine and my neighbours garden, which then causes more problems. Meaning it's hard for people to get in and out of our front doors, also all the dirt and muck which comes from the drains comes into our gardens. This problem had been going on for a lot of years and still nothing has been done about it. So I thought I would give fix my street a try.
