Damaged brick weave and weeds.

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5845230.

Brick weave has risen over time due to tree roots underneath, creating an obstacle course/trip hazard. Also the area of the square is covered in weeds and people's dustbins that don't get put away after collection.

Norfolk County Council said it's not their responsibility as not a highway. Fair enough but South Norfolk never responded either.
