Bus stop missing

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5844416.

The 270 and 272 towards Crawley and East Grinstead bus stop/flag has gone. Although Metro bus have always stopped here , drivers now can't see a bus stop so don't stop. Metro Bus say you must be replacing this ? If so, can you do this ASAP Thankyou
