Roads need resurfacing

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 07:15, Fri 12 April 2024

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5841884.

There is an old unsurfaced part of the road on County Road South. This road is frequented by heavy lorries from 5-7am each morning, which make all the houses wobble and shake slightly, often waking us up in the morning (6am). Even my oven dish rattles inside the oven downstairs my house shakes that much.

The stretch of old unsurfaced road is outside 52-68 County Road South in the road.

Further down the road, the road has been resurfaced. Please take a look, as it wakes the residents up every morning. This has been the case for the past three years and although the council has been great and filled a pot hole from time to time, the situation is really affecting the local people. We will raise it with the local MP soon.
